Refund policy
Because all flink products are custom or made to order, we do not accept returns, so please choose your flink carefully
Items sent back to us without prior approval. A Repacking and courier fee may apply to get it back to you.
Please be aware Flink products are homemade with artisanal love and care, because of this process, you acknowledge that it's not a piece of furniture from a big box store and some imperfections may be present. I take great pride in my work, so will fix any imperfections should they escape QC checks.

Damages and issues
I strive to do my best as do our couriers but sometimes things happen in transit and we'll make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples, seconds or gift cards.
Exchanges
In some cases exchanges are possible, provided the good are in as supplied condition.
