Shipping and Delivery

Every piece is made to order in our Hamilton workshop, so please allow time for it to be built before it ships. Exact delivery rates are calculated at checkout and may vary with size, weight and destination.

• It's solid wood, so it's not light. Heavier pieces cost more to ship, but that weight is also why they last.
• Some pieces are big. Larger items don't always fit on a standard courier and may need a freight service instead.
• Pickup in Hamilton. Local? You're welcome to collect your order directly from the workshop, no shipping cost.
• Delivery and installation. For larger commercial pieces, we can arrange delivery and on-site installation: get in touch and we'll quote it alongside your order.
